Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zildjian purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxes.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
